Sally Crew

Sally is La Belle Elaine’s creative director and is a graduate of the Croyden School of Design in London. She has designed beautiful lines of bridal dresses, bridal jewelry and bridal accessories for some of the most renowned bridal salons in the country, including Kleinfeld in New York City, Bridals by Lori in Atlanta, and Mon Amie in Orange County, CA. If those sound familiar, it’s because they’ve been featured on reality shows such as Say Yes to the Dress.

Sally creates bridal fashions exclusively for La Belle Elaine’s brides in Seattle and all over Washington state, and you can even make an appointment with her and she’ll create an ensemble of bridal jewelry and accessories to perfectly coordinate with your dress, whether you’ve purchased your dress at La Belle Elaine’s or elsewhere.

Sally’s inspiration comes from the brides she works directly with – they keep her ideas fresh and original, and she particularly loves creating jewelry that become timeless heirlooms and can be worn for generations.

Geneva James

Geneva started in the bridal industry over 5 years ago. It didn’t take long for her to know, not only that she loved what she did, but she was also great at it. In the beginning she specialized in, mother of the bride and bridesmaid dresses, which helped her become more open and aware of all shapes and sizes, as well as, age ranges. Geneva always makes her brides feel comfortable and welcome as soon as they walk in the door. ” I understand that shortly after we meet I’ll be helping you in and out of wedding dress”. She hopes to make you feel relaxed and comfortable and also makes it a really fun experience. Body issues is something that we as women all deal with everyday and she truly understands this. She puts effort into connecting with you, as the bride, to help you find the perfect wedding dress that you’ll love and feel beautiful in!

“I was born and raised here in Seattle. Outside of work I enjoy happy hour with friends, crafting, music and I love playing soccer . On February 27th 2015 I said “I do” and married my best friend! Being able to experience the whole process from meeting to getting engaged and then to the big day I really understand everything that you as the bride goes through and I love being able to share tips and helpful advice.”

Stacey Ahlgrim

Stacey has been in the bridal industry for eleven years, and has spent all eleven years with La Belle Elaine’s. Stacey loves helping each bride choose her wedding gown, knowing that it is the most important and the happiest purchases she will make in her life. Stacey’s knowledge of the bridal industry allows her to find the “perfect dress” for her brides. As she has been a top stylist for La Belle Elaine’s for all eleven years, she also split her time running the alterations department for 5 of those years, and has also been our general manager for the last seven years. She understands the entire process, from trying on your very first dress, to saying YES, to managing your order, to getting it fitted properley and finally getting you ready for the big day. She is always honored to be a part of this incredably special moment in a bride’s life and values the friendship she has made with each of her brides.
